The International Carbon Conference 2018 will be held in Reykjavík, Iceland in September this year.
The conference is a joint outreach meeting between five networks; CarbFix, S4CE, Metal-Aid, Deep Carbon Observatory and Carbon SAFE. The conference will feature a series of high profile speakers as well as representatives from all the networks who will present their research to date.
24 manuscripts from participants of the conference were received, they span the broad field of carbon on Earth. The extended abstracts have now been published in Energy Procedia, named Carbon in natural and engineered processes and edited by Chiara Marieni, Martin Voigt, Sandra Ó. Snæbjörnsdóttir and Eric H. Oelkers.
